Kris Monico

From set experience to picture-car coordination.

Kris Monico began working in film and television in November 2005 as a Production Assistant and built a career across multiple departments, including Assistant Directing, Grips, Props and Transportation.

His Assistant Director experience includes several years as a 2nd AD and more than six years as an on-set 3rd AD, along with work as a cast driver, Transport Captain and Transport Coordinator. That mix of set, logistics and transportation experience shaped the idea behind The Picture Car Co.

The company is built to serve both sides of the picture-car process: productions that need dependable sourcing and coordination, and vehicle owners who want a straightforward way to make their vehicles available for screen work.

The focus is simple: understand the script, understand the production day, find the right vehicle and make the logistics easy for everyone involved.
